We unlock the door, turn on the heating if necessary, activate the Wi-Fi connection if there is one… Everything that's needed to ensure that your guests have a great stay in your property!

How does a stay with hoomy work?
Our team will take care of everything – before, during and after each stay – for a smooth, stress-free hoomy experience! Our concierge prepares the accommodation for each stay: airing, turning on the heating if necessary, checking that everything is clean, etc. Then, they welcome the guests to your accommodation in person (initial inventory, key handover, recommendations on the local area, etc.), provide help during their stay if needed, carry out the pre-departure inventory check, take back the keys and clean if necessary.It’s up to you to stock up on cleaning products before you start renting out you property and to replace them when necessary. Alternatively, our concierge can take care of this on request.
