Who sets the rental price for my property?
After an initial discussion and before your contract is signed, our sales team will provide you with an estimate of your annual rental income based on internal and market data. This is the GRAL (our annual rental income generator): it gives you an initial idea of the rental rate for your flat or house. If you agree, the contract can be signed. Our rental management experts then optimise your rental rates in real time, in line with the conditions set out in your contract. They will, of course, take into account the location and amenities of your property to set the fairest possible price according to the season and demand.

Who does the cleaning?
End-of-stay cleaning of holiday lets is not compulsory, except at the express request of the owner. So it’s the guest who does the cleaning, and our team checks that the accommodation is in an impeccably clean state when they leave. Alternatively, we recommend that you take advantage of our post-departure cleaning services. At hoomy, our local team is always ready to help. Whether it’s for you or your guests, our concierges will take care of the upkeep of your property and make sure it’s in a clean condition for future guests. Everything is managed by a Village Coordinator, who organises everyone’s schedules and tasks and ensures the quality of the service.
